Shipping policy
Order Processing & Production Time
All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters production with our print partners. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. This timeframe may vary during peak seasons or holidays. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
After production is complete, your order is shipped using your selected method at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:

Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days (US)

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (US)

Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (US, when available)

Express Delivery: 2–3 business days total (includes production time; available only for select products)
International shipping times vary by destination and may be extended due to customs processing.
Please note: These are estimated delivery windows provided by our print and shipping partners. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Availability may vary depending on the product and print provider.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned or delivered to the wrong location, we are not responsible. Re-shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at esco@escosthreads.store. We will work directly with our print partners to resolve the issue. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To submit a claim, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product and problem area
Approved claims will be reprinted and shipped to you.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they enter production. Once printing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
International Customs Fees
International orders may incur customs taxes or import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to estimate or control customs charges.
